RAMA VIII Bridge

This Rama VIII Bridge is very nice when it comes to sunset you can see the beautiful bridge with the sun setting the horizon as the background.

The design of the bridge is asymmetrical with a single pylon located on he Thonburi of the river. This pylon measured 160 meter (520ft) tall, is in the shape of an upside-down Y standing on two legs.

The bridge was inauguarated on 20 September 2002, the anniversarry of Ananda Mahidol's birth. The construction of the bridge began on 1999.

A nice bridge that captivate the beauty of sunset. A nice destination place to relax and unwinding your self while watching the sunset over the bridge.
